4. SELF EMPLOYED: Mayor's Permit, DTI (Single proprietor), SEC (For Corporation, must submit front copy of SEC and GIS)
5. ITR: Copy of Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR Stamp; For Self-employed ITR must include pages with Net income and total revenue
6. BANK DOCUMENTS: Copy of Bank Certification with Bank statements for the past 6 months; Issued within 1 month
7. TRAVEL DETAILS: Detailed Itinerary
8. WITH INVITER / SPONSOR: Letter of support / Invitation Letter from host in Australia, including contact details of inviter (if any)
9. PSA Birth Certificate / Marriage Certificate
10. Personal Appearance for Biometrics
11. Other Documents: PROOF OF ASSETS LIKE CAR REGISTRATION AND LAND/PROPERTY TITLES, IF ANY
