REQUIREMENTS
1. COPY OF PASSPORT with SIGNATURE: Including Full Bio page with Signature and all used pages with amendments, endorsements, visas, and entry/exit stamps; Include all canceled or expired passports, if applicable.
2. APPLICATION FORM: Accomplished and signed forms
3. PHOTO: 1 pc. colored passport size (45mm x 35mm), with white background, taken within the last 3 months. Avoid wearing white colored top/shirt. No eyeglasses. Eyebrows and ears must be visible. No jewelries. Teeth should not be visible.
4. EMPLOYED: Employment Certification (Please state position, date hired, salary and contact details of HR/Signatory in Company letter head); if you are a doctor, lawyer, etc., please provide a copy of your ID
5. SELF EMPLOYED: Mayor's Permit, DTI (Single proprietor), SEC (For Corporation, must submit front copy of SEC and GIS)
6. ITR: Copy of Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR Stamp; For Self-employed ITR must include pages with Net income and total revenue
7. EVIDENCE OF FUNDS
- Bank Certification with Bank statements (6 months) -
Copy of Bank Book for Savings Account
- Bank Statements for the past 6 months
- Certificate of Time Deposit (If any)
- Proof of remittance (If any)
8. TRAVEL DETAILS: Flight Reservation/Confirmation; Detailed Itinerary; Proof of Accommodation: Hotel reservations (Confirmed Bookings or reservations) / Proof of Mortgage or Tenancy (For invited applicants)
9. WITH INVITER / SPONSOR: Letter of support / Invitation Letter from host in Canada including contact details of inviter, copy of passport or valid ID
10. PSA Birth Certificate / Marriage Certificate
11. Personal Appearance for Biometrics
12. Other Documents: PROOF OF ASSETS LIKE CAR REGISTRATION AND LAND/PROPERTY TITLES, IF ANY
Minor/Student Applicants:
School registration or proof of enrollment, Student ID
PSA Birth Certificate
Affidavit of Support and Consent if not travelling with either or both parents
PROOF OF RELATIOSHIP (If visiting Friends/Relatives)
- Submit All the relatives’ Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate enough to prove the relationship
- If you are friends, distant relatives, in a non-marital relationship, submit photos or conversations, E-mails, receipt of remittance or parcel
CANADA (TRANSIT VISA)
1. Original passport
2. Accomplished visa form
3. Copy of plane ticket
4. Visa fee – same with tourist visa application
CANADA ETA REQUIREMENTS
1. Clear copy of valid passport (Full bio page with Signature)
2. Clear copy of Canada Visa (Issued within 10 years If any) or
3. Clear copy of Valid US Visa (If any)
4. Accomplished Canada eTA Draft Form
Note: Most applicants get eTA approval (via an email) within minutes. However, some requests can take several days to process if asked to submit supporting documents.
Travellers from these countries who have either held a Canadian visa in the last 10 years or who currently hold a valid United States non-immigrant visa can now apply for an eTA instead of a visa when travelling to Canada by air
Eligible visa-required countries: Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Morocco, Panama, Philippines, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Seychelles, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay
