NOTE: LABEL ALL KOREAN CHARACTER DOCUMENTS
*If Filipino in Korea changed name to Korean name, additional Basic Certificate (기본증명서) should be submitted
*If Filipino in Korea has children born between Korean below 7 years old, additional Korean's Family Register Certificate (가족관계증명서) should be submitted
*If Filipino in Korea is about to give birth or sick, additional Medical Certificate should be submitted
