South Korea Seasonal Workers Visa (C-4, E-8) Requirements for Filipinos

SEASONAL WORKERS (C-4, E-8) WITH VISA ISSUANCE NUMBERS

1. Computerized and Signed Application Form (A4 Size Bond Paper)

2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture (Please attach on the application form) *Avoid wearing white colored top/shirt. No eyeglasses. Eyebrows and ears must be visible. No jewelries. Teeth should not be visible.

3. Original Valid Passport with signature (should be valid for more than 6 months) Please remove any passport covers

4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2) (A4 Size Bond Paper)

5. Medical Certificate (issued within 6 months from the date of visa application)

※ No designated hospital.

※ General health checkups should include lab test results of AIDS, Syphilis, and Drug.

6. Certificate of TB (tuberculosis) Screening (issued from hospitals designated by the Korean embassy within 3months)

※ Only those examined at the designated hospitals are valid.

※ Refer to attachment for the list of designated hospitals and Certificate of TB (tuberculosis) Screening.

7. NBI Clearance Certificate (E-8-1~4 visa applicants only)

※ Issued within 3 months from the date of visa application.

8. WHO-approved certificate of completion of COVID-19 vaccination.

※ Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Janssen, Covishield, Sinopharm (BIBP), Sinovac, and Covaxin

※ Certificate issued by VaxCertPH or certificate issued by WHO ICV International Vaccination Certificate

NOTE: KOREA EMBASSY MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS.

✓Incomplete or Insufficient Documents will not be accepted

✓ With Previous (immediate) Korea Visa Denial will not be accepted

✓ For Sponsored applicants, the applicant must provide own required documents.

■ Processing Period: 12-15 working days

NO PASSPORT PULL OUT ONCE FILED. If you will need your passport while your application is at the Korean Embassy, it cannot be pulled out for whatever reason.

■ Processing Fees: P2,400.00

Subject to Embassy approval. Payment is non-refundable if denied or withdrawn

■ Visa Fee:

-C-4 Visa: PHP 2,000 (Short Term Employment 90 days or less)

-E-8 visa: PHP 3,000 (Seasonal Worker up to 5 months)
