*Simple laborjobs do not qualifyforshort-termemployment (C-4).
1. Computerized and SignedApplicationForm (A4 Size Bond Paper)
2. 1 piece of Passport size colored picture(Please attach on the application form) ) *Avoid wearing white colored top/shirt. No eyeglasses. Eyebrows and ears must be visible. No jewelries. Teeth should not be visible.
3. Original Valid Passport withsignature(should be valid for more than 6 months) Please remove any passport covers
4. Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page2) (A4 Size Bond Paper)
5. Original & Photocopy of valid and previous visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years
a. If applicable only; Must showproof of arrival stamp or slip or E-travel Pass confirmation / E-Arrival Notification

Invitation Letter from Korean Organization (Must have 2 Contact Numbers in Korea (Fax Number is not acceptable)

Guarantee Letter from Korean Organization

Photocopy of Korean Organization's Business Permit

Additional Documents
a. Installation/maintenance of imported machines, production of shipbuilding and industrial facilities, and others : Service Contract Copy, Dispatch order or business trip order
b. For other professions: Employment Contract Copy, Recommendation from relevant Korean Government Office
10. Original PSA Marriage Certificate for Female applicants
11. COVER LETTER: Execute a computerized, English, and signed letter of explanation for documents you cannot provide

NO PASSPORT PULL OUT ONCE FILED. If you will need your passport while your application is at the Korean Embassy, it cannot be pulled out for whatever reason.
