*Avoid wearing white colored top/shirt. No eyeglasses. Eyebrows and ears must be visible. No jewelries. Teeth should not be visible.
4. EMPLOYED: Employment Certification (Please state position, date hired, salary and contact details of HR/Signatory in Company letter head); if you are a doctor, lawyer, etc., please provide a copy of your ID
5. SELF EMPLOYED: Mayor's Permit, DTI (Single proprietor), SEC (For Corporation, must submit front copy of SEC and GIS)
6. ITR: Copy of Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR Stamp; For Self-employed ITR must include pages with Net income and total revenue
7. BANK DOCUMENTS: Bank Certification with Bank statements for the past 3 months; Issued within 7 days from the time of application.

Signed by the applicant stating the name, passport number of applicant(s) and duration of visit.
Letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details of authorized signature’s name, designation, and signature (should clearly mention who will bear the expenses of the trip), outlining the purpose and duration of visit.
Letter must be certified/ notarized.
FOR BUSINESS TRIP: Basic requirements for Tourist Visa + Endorsement letter from the Employer/Company & Invitation from counterpart abroad
INVITER / SPONSOR: All supporting documents should be duly certified by the Police in South African Commissioner or Commissioner of Oaths
Letter of support / Invitation Letter from host with signature, including contact details of inviter, copy of ID/passport, Certified Proof of billing, Proof of Mortgage or Tenancy
NON-FILIPINO PASSPORT HOLDERS
