- Provide a clear scanned copy of the signed passport.
Application form
- Complete and sign the required tourist visa application form.
Passport photograph
- One recent color photograph, 45 mm x 35 mm, on a white background and taken within the last three months.
- Avoid white clothing, eyeglasses, jewelry, and visible teeth. Eyebrows and ears should be visible.
Employment evidence
- Employment certificate addressed to the Embassy of the UAE, on company letterhead with a seal and wet signature.
- It should state the applicant's position, hiring date, monthly and annual salary, and HR or signatory contact details.
Self-employed applicants
- Mayor's permit and DTI registration for a sole proprietor.
- SEC registration and GIS for a corporation.
Confirmed travel arrangements
- Confirmed flight itinerary or reservation.
- Confirmed hotel booking displaying its voucher code or reference.
Traveling with family
- Provide proof of family ties, such as a PSA birth certificate or marriage certificate issued within the last year.
Minor applicants
- School registration or proof of enrollment.
- Affidavit of Support and Consent when the minor is not traveling with either or both parents.
